Just back from honeymoon and wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Between the Acts for providing such fabulous music for our wedding - the instrumental sets were perfect and the ceilidh was such, such fun that no-one wanted it to end. 	imagine the excitement of four hours' music and dancing from 8 pm till 12 midnight imagine the pulsing rhythms of congas and bodhran imagine the squeal of the electric violin   imagine the huge noise of the 12-string guitar     between the acts
	our own caller will tell beginners what to do (or remind experts!)   he knows several jokes and the names of the two counties at each end of the bridge at Athlone       between the acts
	we play songs to give the dancers a breather - and then it's back to the dance-floor again! remember, Oliver Cromwell banned country dancing because it was so salacious it's ideal for all the family, even Uncle Tony and you get to touch nearly everybody what can possibly go wrong?       between the acts
	all our instruments are handmade and tuned by professionals! John has a new 12-string Ovation which is gorgeous. Fact! we have years of experience in this kind of thing: you can even hear our music on a tv adaptation of Cider with Rosie   between the acts
	we are prepared to negotiate a fee for any event - we expect to charge £500 for an evening's dancing and that includes everything (including PA, good manners and fashionable clothes (not shown))       between the acts
